Eyal Shamear is a Vice President at Tene. Prior to joining Tene in 2019, Eyal was a Director at strategy consultancy firm Monitor Deloitte Israel (formerly known as Trigger-Foresight). Throughout his ten-year period with Monitor Deloitte, Eyal advised a wide variety of mid-to-large cap Industrial and Consumer Goods clients on corporate and business unit strategy projects with strong focus on accelerating growth, global expansion and business development. He has also worked with both strategic and private equity clients on varied cross-border M&A transactions including mapping potential targets, deal structuring, commercial due diligence and deal execution.
Prior to that, Eyal worked as an Investment Banker at RBC Capital Markets in Tel-Aviv, where he specialized in advising primarily Israeli technology firms on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Eyal holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati international program from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
