Mr. Eyal Shamear

Eyal Shamear is a Partner at Tene Capital. Prior to joining Tene Capital in 2019, Eyal held the position of  Director at strategy consultancy firm Monitor Deloitte Israel (formerly known as Trigger-Foresight). Throughout his ten-year period with Monitor Deloitte, Eyal advised a wide variety of mid-to-large cap Industrial clients on corporate and business unit strategy projects with strong focus on accelerating growth, global expansion, and business development. He has also worked with strategic and private equity clients on diverse cross-border M&A transactions and buyouts, including conducting commercial due diligence and deal execution.

Prior to that, Eyal worked as an Investment Banker at RBC Capital Markets in Tel-Aviv, where he specialized in advising primarily Israeli technology firms on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.

Throughout his tenure at Tene Capital, Eyal has played an integral role in numerous key investments, capital/debt raising and exits.
Eyal served on the board of Habonim, and currently serves on the boards of Haifa Group, Telefire, Dagesh F.K., Ahern Agribusiness and Questar Auto Technologies.

Eyal holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati international program from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from the Reichman University in Herzliya.
