In January 20-23, we held our annual Haifa Leadership Forum (HLF) in Mumbai, India. The location was strategically chosen to reflect its significance to Haifa's growth plans. Under the theme "Redesigning the Future," the event brought together our Board of Directors, senior management from HQ, and representatives from 19 subsidiaries to shape the company's future.

Haifa CEO, Motti Levin, delivered an inspiring presentation highlighting the Group’s transformation—looking back at the journey so far, analyzing the present, and envisioning an ambitious 2030. This vision focuses on establishing Haifa as an Engagement-Based Company, fostering transformative collaborations and driving innovative solutions in plant nutrition.
Throughout the conference, Haifa’s senior management engaged in discussions about the Group’s future while also enhancing their leadership and teamwork capabilities through various inspiring activities.
As part of the forum, participants visited the production site of our esteemed partner, Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp Ltd. This visit provided an excellent opportunity to explore the potential of our joint venture in the Indian market. During the visit, we had the privilege of hearing from Mr. Shailesh Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director of Deepak Fertilisers, who shared his vision for our collaboration and its transformative potential in India.
The grand finale of the HLF was the official launch of Haifa’s new subsidiary, Haifa India. The event was graced by the presence of the Israeli Consul General, Mr. Kobbi Shoshani, and his team, marking an exciting new chapter in Haifa's journey in India.
As the forum concluded, Motti Levin shared his vision for Haifa’s future:
